Occupation: Market Development Officer (m/f/d)

Our companies are committed to manufacturing and distributing a wide range of affordable German quality medical devices worldwide while offering long-term commitment and local local support. We are a supplier of diagnostic imaging equipment (X-Ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT), OR solutions (operating tables and lights, anesthesia machines, RF surgery devices) and for patient care (patient monitors, ventilators, medical pumps) and endoscopy (rigid and flexible endoscopes).
For the international market, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as a Market Development Officer (m/f/d) who is passionate about opening up new opportunities.
Your tasks
- You will support the business development team in strategic and operational tasks
- Be the face of our company and inspire decision-makers with convincing presentations of our innovative ideas and solutions
- Create unforgettable experiences by taking over the planning and coordination of our national and international trade fair appearances on site
- Immerse yourself in the world of our new and existing customers and analyze their needs to create an outstanding customer experience and customer relationship
- Take responsibility for your own leads, support the development of our international sales partners and highlight exciting opportunities in different markets
- Be actively involved by participating in customer meetings (online or at trade fairs) and taking on the resulting tasks on your own responsibility
Your profile
- With a completed vocational training or studies in the field of business, marketing or comparable, you have the necessary expertise and practical experience
- Ideally, you have at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
- With your excellent written and spoken German and/or English skills, you will enrich our team (knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage)
- You bring reliability, an excellent structure and organization and a fine sense of detail to make our projects a success
- You are characterized by excellent negotiation skills, a high level of commitment and a strong ability to cooperate
- You have a quick grasp, are a reliable personality and work independently
- You bring strong teamwork and communication skills that enable you to collaborate effectively with others and convey information clearly

Type of employment:
- Full-time or part-time employment (mind. 80%) – on site
