Why is training relevant?
In the recent years the endoscopy sector has been tremendously developed, enabling some forms of surgery to be conducted using a modified endoscope. This technique makes surgery less invasive and therefore, enabling early diagnosis and less discomfort for the patient. Due to all these changes and developments it is of high importance to us that we provide training to our distribution partners.
The EndoMed training courses enable safe and efficient handling of the endoscopy systems to health care specialist and enable the distributor to transfer proper knowledge and education to medical practitioners, to support the medical practice associated with gastrointestinal and surgical endoscopes.
There are four different training options for our products, which is based on the different levels of knowledge and on the specific sales policy and investment of our distribution partner. We suggest reviewing the packages properly and choosing the one, which suits your sales strategy and experience.
Training and introduction to EndoMed products for the distributors sales personnel and product experts: Including application, installation, troubleshooting training for Flexible Endoscopy systems, intensive training courses offered through all technical topics, starting with testing and extending to sales.
Duration of training: 2 - 3 days.
Basic service training - Level 1. Especially designed for the distributors after sales service and technical departments: Including minor repairs of the Flexible and Rigid Systems.
Duration of training: 10 to 20 days - depends on the learning ability of the trainee.
Intermediate service training - Level 2. The perfect mix of theory and practice for the distributors after sales service and technical department: Including "Hands-on training" including minor and major repairs of Flexible Endoscopy Systems.
Requirements: Trainee should have minimum 5 years of relative experience in the medical field in technical department.
Duration of training: 20 to 60 days - depends on the learning ability of the trainee.
Comprehensive service training - Level 3: Including minor, major and professional component repair, suitable to set up a service center in the home country of the distributor.
Requirements: Trainee should have minimum 5 years of relative experience in the technical department.
Duration of training: 60 to 90 days - depends of the learning ability of the trainee
