Occupation: Sales Manager Medical Devices DACH/EU (m/f/d)
The SEI Group, with its brands SternMed GmbH and EndoMed Systems GmbH, is an expanding company in the field of medical technology with headquarters in Ravensburg. Our goal is to produce a diverse selection of high-quality medical devices “Designed and Produced in Germany,” distribute them worldwide, and ensure long-term commitment and local support. We specialize in diagnostic imaging, surgical solutions, patient care, and endoscopic medical technology.
To strengthen our dynamic sales team, we are currently looking for a motivated and committed individual to fill the position of Sales Manager Medical Devices DACH/EU (m/f/d).
Your tasks
- Start either as a generalist in medical device sales or as a specialist in endoscopic medical technology with a focus on the DACH/EU region
- Development and implementation of market potential analyses – especially in the field of endoscopy
- Identification and support of sales partners and establishment of new customer relationships
- Supporting the introduction and establishment of our endoscopic product line
- Presenting our product portfolio to customers, at trade fairs, and at conferences
- Contributing to the strategic development of the endoscopy division
- Regular reporting to sales management
Your profile
- Initial or several years of experience in the sale of medical devices, ideally with exposure to endoscopy
- Interest in specializing in the field of endoscopic medical technology
- Analytical thinking and confident handling of market data
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within the DACH/EU region
- Independent, structured way of working with team spirit
- Very good German and good English skills (DACH) or very good English and French skills (EU)
